My mission for SHA is to manage our multi-generational native grass pastures to raise premium grain and grass finished Akaushi beef. My background and passion for ranch and wildlife management stems from nearly three decades of hunting and ranching. I am an avid outdoorsman with a passion for land and water management, which has steered me into the beef business.

I also consult land owners to help improve water use efficiency on their properties to promote better native forage and wildlife habitat. As a Civil & Environmental Engineer for 12 years I gained extensive knowledge in civil design and water resource management.

My commitment to the land runs deep and is firmly rooted by my family's rich Texas heritage. Inspired by generations before me, I've dedicated myself to preserving and enhancing our family's century ranch in Victoria County.

With a passion for wildlife and land conservation, I have embraced the wholistic benefits of rotational grazing. I am also committed to the transformative potential of Akaushi cattle, a breed proven to be superior and has been raised by our family for two decades. Today, our beef business stands as a testament to tradition, sustainability, and uncompromising quality.
